Some activities involve physical exertion and adventure.
Guests should carefully assess their own physical condition before participating.
Activities such as:
- Dune Bashing
- Quad Biking
- Buggy Driving
- Camel Riding
- Jet Ski
- Parasailing
- Water Sports
may not be suitable for:
- Pregnant women
- Individuals with heart conditions
- Recent surgery patients
- Serious back or neck problems
- Elderly guests with mobility concerns
- Infants where restricted by operators
Participation is entirely at the customer’s own risk.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Follow all safety instructions
- Respect local UAE laws
- Respect cultural customs
- Follow guide instructions
- Behave respectfully towards staff and other guests
The Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying unsafe, abusive, intoxicated, or disruptive behavior without refund.

14. Photography & Marketing
During tours, photographs and videos may be captured for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in marketing materials, please inform our staff before the tour begins.
15. Lost Property
Items found during tours will be retained for up to 90 days where reasonably possible.
Collection and shipping costs are the responsibility of the guest.
16. Intellectual Property

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
